No complains at all, the venue met the demands, 100% recommend it. It was fairly clean, and the people were amicable and pretty friendly. The location was perfect, for example, an 1800s red sandstone castle was at a medium distance from the hotel. We had a delicious and amazing breakfast for all tastes.

Kinloch Lodge offered a cozy and beautifully decorated ambiance. The room had a selection of snacks and a refrigerated display for breakfast items. I appreciated the comfort of the bed. A lovely touch was the inviting skylight that brightened the space. I encountered a couple of issues. The cleanliness left much to be desired-I noticed a dusty blanket in the room. And to navigate several sets of stairs to reach the hotel from the train station was a bit of a hassle. Despite these downsides, the location was superb, just a short stroll from the city center, with the room providing the essentials.

The small double room wasvery comfy and tidy.
I encountered several issues which were quite disappointing. First, the thin walls allowed me to hear conversations and sounds from neighboring rooms. Finally, the shower in my ensuite was in dire need of an upgrade. It hardly functioned properly.

The blanket was dusty, causing me to sneeze incessantly. And don't even get me started on the absurdly small sink. I felt completely unappreciated, especially considering i deserved a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. I almost wrote a decent review, but just couldn't.

This was an excellent fit for a weekend respite in Inverness with high value for money. The room with a view was spacious, and I enjoyed the comfort of the bed after a long day of exploring. Make sure to check the hotel's new breakfast arrangements beforehand.

beautiful stay but minor improvements needed
The room was beautifully decorated, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the the selection of snacks and the refrigerated display with fresh breakfast items. The wide variety of vegan dishes on the dinner menu was commendable!
The bed lacked firmness, which could detract from a restful sleep.
